Terms of use
About these terms
Prepare For Grammar is operated by Prepare For Grammar, 19 Gweal Avenue, Reading RG2 0FP, United Kingdom. By using the site you agree to these terms.
What the service is
Prepare for Grammar provides 11+ practice questions, explanations, tutor’s tips and a word bank. It is practice material. We do not guarantee any exam result or school place. We are not affiliated with any exam provider or school.
Accounts
Accounts are for adults. Keep your sign-in emails private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
Subscriptions and payment
We offer one plan, the Monthly Family plan, currently £49.99 per month, billed monthly in advance by card through our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel during the trial at no cost. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. We do not offer refunds for part-used billing periods, except where the law requires it.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a contract for a digital service without giving a reason. By starting your free trial you agree that the service may begin during this period, and that this cancellation right ends once you have used the service (for example, answering practice questions or viewing a challenge or report) after the trial converts to a paid subscription. This does not affect your right to cancel future renewals as described above, or any right you cannot waive by law.
Prices may change for future billing periods; we will tell you in advance of any change that affects you.

Accuracy
We check our questions carefully, but mistakes can happen. If you find one, tell us at contact@prepareforgrammar.com and we will correct it.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available. We may change or add content and features.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, or affects your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach.
